We are looking for a skilled and experienced Airline Ticketing Executive to join our growing team The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in airline reservations fare calculations GDS systems and customer service This is an excellent opportunity to work with a pioneer in the travel industry and be part of a dynamic service-oriented environment Key Responsibilities Handle domestic and international flight bookings using GDS Amadeus Galileo Sabre etc Provide fare quotes itinerary options and ticket issuance based on customer requirements Manage cancellations reissues refunds and rescheduling of tickets Ensure accuracy in fare construction ticketing rules and visa travel requirements Provide excellent customer support via phone email and in-person Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for bookings and special requests Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions Required Skills Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations Proficiency in at least one GDS system e g Amadeus Galileo or Sabre Strong knowledge of fare rules PNR creation and ticket reissuance Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently Preferred Qualifications Experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing desk Familiarity with visa processes and travel documentation Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person
