Responsibilities ead the techno-commercial aspects of ropeway projects ensuring alignment with RMRW s strategic focus on infrastructure development Develop and manage supplier relationships to optimize procurement and ensure timely delivery of project components Formulate and negotiate contracts with a focus on compliance risk mitigation and cost-effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical and commercial strategies for project execution Drive governance and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards Conduct fact-based negotiations to achieve favorable terms with suppliers and contractors Monitor project budgets and financial performance ensuring alignment with business objectives Provide technical and commercial insights to support decision-making at the leadership level Implement best practices in supplier relationship management and contract governance Ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones Qualifications Required Qualifications Experience Proven expertise in supplier relationship management contract formulation and compliance 15 years of experience in techno-commercial roles within the infrastructure sector Demonstrated ability to manage PPP projects under BOT TOT and HAM models Educational Background Bachelor s degree in Engineering Civil Mechanical Electrical preferred MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or Project Management is highly desirable
