Job Role Manager Team Leader - Telecalling Front Office Dental Clinic Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Manager Team Leader to oversee our telecalling team and reception staff The role focuses on improving patient experience increasing conversions and sales and ensuring smooth daily operations of the dental clinic Key Responsibilities 1 Telecalling Sales Management Lead and supervise the telecalling team to achieve daily weekly monthly targets Train callers on scripts communication etiquette and patient persuasion techniques Monitor call quality follow-up frequency and lead conversion rates Maintain and update lead databases track follow-ups and ensure timely callbacks Plan strategies to increase appointment bookings and treatment conversions 2 Reception Front Desk Management Oversee reception activities including patient greeting appointment handling and wait-time management Ensure front-desk staff follow clinic protocols and maintain professional communication Manage patient flow to avoid overcrowding and delays Ensure a clean organized and patient-friendly reception area 3 Patient Experience Quality Assurance Ensure every patient receives a high-quality service experience Resolve patient concerns complaints and special requests Implement systems for patient feedback and work on continuous improvement Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient records 4 Team Leadership Training Conduct regular team meetings and briefings Train new staff and conduct refreshers for existing team members Motivate staff to achieve performance benchmarks 5 Administrative Reporting Prepare reports on sales patient visits enquiries and conversion metrics Ensure compliance with clinic policies and operational standards Coordinate with doctors management and support staff for smooth workflow Skills Qualifications Proven experience as a Team Leader Manager in healthcare dental or telecalling environment Strong communication and customer-handling skills Ability to lead motivate and manage teams Knowledge of patient management systems and basic computer skills Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Work Location In person
