Key Responsibilities Assist senior architects and interior designers in developing concept designs space planning and layout options Prepare 2D drawings including floor plans furniture layouts RCP sections and detailed interior drawings Create 3D models and renderings using software such as SketchUp 3ds Max Lumion or equivalent Coordinate with the design team to develop construction drawings and detailed shop drawings Conduct site visits measure existing conditions and support site coordination activities Work on material selection mood boards presentations and BOQs Assist with client presentations documentation and design revisions Ensure designs comply with industry standards building codes and project requirements Coordinate with contractors vendors and consultants when required Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
