- HR Intern We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who are passionate about HR functions and eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition HR Operations and Employee Engagement Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities sourcing screening scheduling interviews and follow-ups Support HR operations such as onboarding documentation employee database management and HRMS updates Assist in drafting job descriptions job postings and coordinating with different departments Help organize employee engagement activities and events Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy Support payroll documentation and attendance tracking where required Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned Requirements Any graduate or pursuing degree in HR Business Administration Psychology or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR concepts will be an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Eagerness to learn and adapt to a rapid-paced environment Stipend Based on interview performance Internship Duration 3 to 6 monthsMode Office-based Job Types Fresher Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 6 000 00 - 9 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 08 12 2025
