Dear Candidate Greetings of the day Billing Manager Industry Real Estate Construction Experience Required 10 Years Location Bandra Reporting To Project Head Position Overview The Billing Manager will be responsible for managing verifying and controlling all construction billing activities for ongoing real estate projects The role ensures accuracy timeliness compliance with contracts and smooth coordination between project site QS and finance teams Key Responsibilities 1 Billing Documentation Prepare verify and finalize contractor bills subcontractor bills RA bills and final bills Review and validate BOQ work orders rate analysis material reconciliation and quantity calculations Ensure all bills are supported with proper documentation-measurements drawings and site reports 2 Measurement Verification Cross-check measurement sheets site execution quantities and ensure accuracy as per approved drawings Coordinate with site engineers and QS teams for periodic measurement verification 3 Cost Compliance Control Ensure billing is aligned with agreements contracts and project budgets Monitor cost escalations extra items deviation statements and provide timely alerts Track material consumption vs billed quantities and highlight discrepancies 4 Coordination Communication Coordinate with project teams contractors finance procurement and management Follow up for approvals clarifications and closure of pending billing issues Liaise with auditors and finance for bill verification and payment processing 5 Reporting MIS Prepare and submit periodic billing MIS project cost summaries cash flow projections and variance reports Maintain updated billing records contract trackers and reconciliation files 6 Process Improvement Implement best practices for billing accuracy documentation control and process efficiency Suggest improvements in BOQ mapping vendor billing formats and approval workflows Required Skills Competencies Strong expertise in construction billing measurement verification and contract management Proficient in BOQ analysis rate analysis and quantity surveying Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD basic MS Excel and ERP systems Robust analytical skills with high attention to detail Effective communication and coordination abilities Qualification B E B Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil with relevant experience Additional certification in QS Billing is an advantage Preferred Background Experience in real estate developers residential commercial projects Handled multiple high-rise or township projects Strong exposure to contractor billing and project costing Interested Candidates Kindly share your updated resume to livia zodiachrc com
