Job Summary The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for handling incoming payments ensuring precise and punctual invoicing maintaining customer account records and following up on overdue balances This role is vital to the company s cash flow by effectively managing receivables and fostering positive relationships with clients Key Responsibilities Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner Process incoming payments via check credit card wire transfers and other methods Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and aging balances Perform collection activities including follow-up emails phone calls and coordination with customers Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted Resolve billing issues and respond to customer inquiries in a qualified manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivables transactions Prepare regular reports on the status of customer accounts and aging receivables Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies or disputes Assist with month-end closing and financial audits related to accounts receivable Job Type Full-time Pay 14 548 32 - 25 732 76 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Health insurance Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
