Company Vinayak Jewels India Pvt Ltd Location Sitapura Jaipur Experience Required Minimum 5 Years Qualification B Tech Mechanical Electrical Industrial preferred Position Overview The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities within the jewellery manufacturing facility The role ensures smooth functioning of machinery utilities and infrastructure to support uninterrupted production The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge leadership skills and experience in managing maintenance operations of a manufacturing workplace Key Responsibilities Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all machinery and equipment Ensure all production equipment utilities HVAC DG sets compressors and safety systems are functioning optimally Lead and supervise the maintenance team including technicians and support staff Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and technical issues to minimize downtime Ensure timely repair servicing and calibration of machines used in jewellery manufacturing casting CNC laser rhodium polishing etc Monitor maintenance budgets spare parts inventory and vendor coordination Maintain compliance with safety standards statutory requirements and company policies Support new equipment installation setup testing and commissioning Prepare maintenance reports downtime analysis and improvement plans Collaborate with production quality and management teams to ensure seamless operational efficiency Required Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing machinery Expertise in electrical mechanical and utility maintenance Leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and safety protocols Eligibility Criteria Education B Tech degree Mechanical Electrical Industrial Experience Minimum 5 years in maintenance management preferably in manufacturing units Experience in jewellery manufacturing machinery will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 24 090 60 - 69 012 11 per month Work Location In person
