ob Description - Senior Accountant Position Senior Accountant Department Finance Accounts Location Lower Parel Industry - CA Firm Experience Required 3-5 years or as applicable Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare accurate financial reports The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to supervise team members Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department Prepare and analyze financial statements reports and records Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile balance sheet accounts Review accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll Prepare GST TDS returns income tax filings and coordinate with auditors Monitor budget and financial forecasting activities Implement internal controls and improve accounting processes Support external audits by providing required documentation Supervise and guide junior accounting staff Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Professional certification CA CPA CMA preferred Solid understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations Proficiency in accounting software Tally SAP QuickBooks ERP systems Advanced MS Excel skills Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Additional Requirements High attention to detail and accuracy Strong leadership and team management skills Integrity and confidentiality Salary As per industry standards Negotiable based on experience Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Experience Auditing 3 years Preferred Tally GST TDS 3 years Preferred Tax 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
