Role Overview The Chartered Accountant will handle end-to-end accounting taxation compliance audit support and financial reporting functions for multiple clients The role requires strong technical skills process discipline and the ability to manage client deliverables in a fast-paced outsourced environment Key Responsibilities1 Accounting Reporting Manage GL accounting reconciliations books finalization and month-end close activities Prepare and review P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Statements Ensure accurate reporting as per IND AS IFRS US GAAP based on client requirement Review accounting entries processed by the internal team 2 Audit Compliance Support clients during statutory audits internal audits and tax audits Prepare audit schedules working papers and ensure all documents meet audit standards Maintain compliance with corporate laws accounting policies and internal controls 3 Taxation Direct Indirect Prepare review GST returns TDS returns tax audit reports income tax workings and assessments Ensure timely filing and accuracy of all statutory compliances 4 Client Coordination Act as a key point of contact for domestic and international clients Handle client queries process clarifications and ensure SLA-driven delivery Participate in client calls and provide financial insights when required 5 Outsourced Process Management Review work done by junior accountants executives Ensure processes are documented standardized and executed with accuracy Identify opportunities for automation process improvement and workflow efficiency 6 Tools Systems Work on ERPs such as Tally QuickBooks Zoho Books SAP Oracle NetSuite etc Use advanced MS Excel for reporting MIS and data analytics Required Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant CA Experience in BPO KPO Shared Services Outsourced Accounting preferred Solid understanding of Accounting Standards GST TDS Income Tax Audit Compliance Excellent communication skills for client interaction Key Skills Financial Reporting Audit Assurance Tax Compliance Attention to Detail Analytical Problem-Solving Client Management ERP and Advanced Excel Skills Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Work Location In person
