We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Academic Counselor to join our team The role involves guiding students and working professionals to choose the right academic programs based on their career goals managing inquiries generated from marketing campaigns and converting leads into admissions Key Responsibilities Handle incoming inquiries from digital marketing leads walk-ins phone calls referrals Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs Conduct counseling sessions via phone video call or face-to-face meetings Maintain lead records follow up regularly and ensure high lead-to-admission conversion Explain course structure fees placements and advantages clearly to prospective students Coordinate with internal teams for admission processing and documentation Achieve monthly targets for admissions and revenue Maintain a positive student experience throughout the counseling process Participate in promotional activities seminars webinars when required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification 1-3 years of experience in counseling tele-sales inside sales EdTech preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Robust convincing and negotiation ability Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
