Job description Familiar with Auto cad drawing 2D 3D Creates Concept design products as per input given Preparing shop drawing detailed drawing for the specification does 3D model using sketchup Co-ordinates with Cost Engineering team on tenders drawing specification co ordinating on tender submission Preparing cutting list for production Strong knowledge in BOM Must be able to read BOQ Knowledge in suitable hardware for required drawings Proper client coordination Positive communication skill Qualifications Bachelor s degree in civil Interior Design Architecture Quantity Surveying or related field Strong understanding of interior design materials finishes and construction methods Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Hand of experience minimum 0years - 5 years maximum in interior design Work experience in residential and commercial field are preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
