Operations Finance Executive Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Finance Executive to support our finance licensing and payment coordination functions The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge experience with payment processes and the ability to manage follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders PREFRED MALE CANDIDATE ONLY IS MUST Key Responsibilities Removing Payments Review and process requests to remove adjust or rectify payments in the system Ensure all payment modifications follow internal financial controls Payments Follow-ups Coordinate with clients vendors and internal teams to track outstanding payments Send timely reminders maintain follow-up logs and escalate delayed cases as needed Prepare reports on payment status and reconciliation Licensing Work Handle documentation and coordination for licensing applications renewals and compliance requirements Maintain updated records of all licenses and ensure timely renewals Liaise with authorities or partners regarding licensing matters Accounting Knowledge Assist in financial documentation basic bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks Support the finance team in preparing invoices statements and reports Ensure all financial operations follow accounting standards and company policies Requirements Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles Strong communication and follow-up skills Experience with payment processing or finance operations is an advantage Ability to manage documentation and ensure compliance for licensing Attention to detail organizational skills and ability to multitask Preferred Qualifications Degree or diploma in Accounting Finance Business Administration Commerce or related field Experience working with any accounting software 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or finance roles Knowledge of GST TDS and vendor reconciliation in a manufacturing setup Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
