Role Mechanical BIM Modeler Location Trivandrum Kerala Experience Level 2-4 Years Qualification B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering Key Responsibilities Develop and manage Revit MEP models for Mechanical systems as per project standards Coordinate and integrate architectural structural and MEP services for clash-free design output Prepare shop drawings schematic layouts and BOQs based on design inputs Conduct periodic model audits clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks or equivalent tools Ensure compliance with company BIM execution standards and international design codes Collaborate closely with design engineers project managers and other discipline leads to achieve design intent and delivery timelines Maintain drawing documentation version control and submission logs Required Qualification and Experience B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP modeling Solid knowledge of HVAC Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems Ability to read and interpret architectural structural and service drawings Good command of AutoCAD Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage Familiarity with BIM coordination and LOD standards LOD 100-400 is preferred Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Thiruvananthapuram Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Diploma Required Experience BIM Modeling 2 years Required Work Location In person
