Job Title Testing Quality Control Engineer Department Quality Assurance Production Location Sanand Reports To Quality Manager Production Head Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Testing QC Engineer responsible for ensuring that all materials components and finished products meet the required quality standards and technical specifications The role includes visual inspections production testing final testing documentation and preparing QC reports for individual product units The engineer will support product reliability consistency and compliance with company standards Key Responsibilities1 Material Quality Control Conduct QC and testing of new and alternative components and materials Verify material conformity with technical specifications Maintain inspection and testing documentation 2 Visual Inspection Perform visual inspection of products before batch soldering Inspect products after soldering and ensure rework completion Identify and report visual defects to the production team 3 Production Testing Conduct first-level and load testing for laser power supplies and SMPS units Perform code flashing and functional verification when required Test relay cards switch inputs sensor responses and program flow Ensure all testing is carried out as per standard procedures 4 Final Testing Documentation Perform final testing for individual product pieces Prepare and maintain QC test reports for each unit Maintain organized records of all test data and reports 5 Production Quality Control Verify physical product quality labeling accuracy and packaging standards Coordinate with production teams for corrective actions on non-conformities Support continuous improvement in QA processes Qualifications Skills Diploma Bachelor s degree in Electrical Electronics Mechanical or related field 1-3 years of experience in Testing Quality Control electronics manufacturing preferred Robust knowledge of electronic testing procedures and tools Understanding of SMPS relay cards sensors and testing programming tools Excellent analytical documentation and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality With Regards Himani HR (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
