About the Role We are looking for an experienced Heller FP4000 CNC Operator with strong skills in Siemens controller programming machine operation and complete setup The candidate should be able to independently handle complex machining jobs with high precision and productivity Key Responsibilities Program set up and operate Heller FP4000 machining center with Siemens control Create edit optimize and troubleshoot CNC programs directly on the machine Set up tools fixtures work offsets and cutting parameters Interpret engineering drawings GD T and machining specifications Perform precision machining operations such as milling boring drilling tapping and contouring Monitor tool wear adjust offsets and ensure dimensional accuracy Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using Vernier micrometer height gauge CMM reports if applicable Ensure smooth machining operations with correct feeds speeds and surface finishes Maintain documentation for programs job setups tool lists and inspection results Troubleshoot machine alarms tool breakages and machining issues Maintain the machine in positive condition and perform routine preventive maintenance Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 10 years hands-on experience operating CNC machining centers Strong expertise in Heller FP4000 and Siemens controllers 840D Ability to independently program and run complex jobs Excellent understanding of tooling cutting parameters and machining strategies Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments and quality standards Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Preferred Skills Experience with 4-axis 5-axis machining Knowledge of fixture design tool selection CAD CAM exposure Hypermill is an added advantage Benefits Attractive salary package PF ESI statutory benefits Safe and stable working environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
