Job Title Static Designer Consultant Location Bangalore Experience Required 3 - 6 Years Joining Immediate Joiners Preferred Work Mode Onsite 5 Days a Week About the Role - We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Static Designer to join our creative team The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for social media marketing campaigns and digital platforms The candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics creativity and proficiency in design tools to deliver high-quality static assets Key Responsibilities - Design static creatives for social media platforms Instagram Facebook LinkedIn etc Develop banners layouts and digital collaterals for marketing campaigns Ensure all designs are aligned with brand identity and guidelines Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas Stay updated with the latest design trends and apply them where relevant Maintain consistency quality and timely delivery of all creative assets Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines Required Skills Competencies - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator After Effects knowledge is a plus Robust expertise in Adobe Photoshop for static design Prior experience in designing for social media and digital platforms Ability to create visually engaging designs with attention to color typography and layout aesthetics Good understanding of digital marketing creatives and user engagement design Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes quickly Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts Multimedia or related field preferred but not mandatory 3 years of proven work experience as a Static Designer Graphic Designer in digital or social media design A strong portfolio showcasing relevant static design work Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
