JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title Sr Project Manager Project Head Department Projects Location Anywhere in Hyderabad Out Station as well Reporting to Design Head Job Summary To establish new retail store outlets and renovate existing properties in Hyderabad across various cities Out Station Role envisages overseeing the implementation various projects to deliver new refurbished stores within time and cost budgets Role Responsibilities Detailed planning for resources for erection and commissioning covering Civil Electrical Mechanical Plumbing Painting interiors etc Ensuring availability of required resources to ensure zero cost or time over-runs for acquisition and interiors work of each project Monitor daily progress of each project against Project Plan and address site-specific issues Personally ensure quality of work being executed keeping the ultimate experience in mind Foresee and flag for potential flawless execution issues as per the drawings Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high quality low cost just-in-time supplies for the project Thorough Knowledge of BOQ with pricing and should be able to correlate it with drawing To coordinate with PMCs if appointed for execution of new stores and closely monitor and track their works for efficient and timely execution Travelling to different cities Out station would be a part of job as need to handle multiple sites Critical Success Factors Very Important Well versed in Google sheets for maintaining project tracker Finding a solution and getting the task done at hand in a cost effective manner Networking with internal external stakeholders design team service providers Ability to handle pressure so as to complete the task on time Excellent Communication and negotiation skills To have a good vendor network so that work does not get delayed due to any vendor issues Education Experience Any Business Management Degree equivalent Should be well versed with PM Tools should know them thoroughly 9 years relevant experience Computer Software Skills Project Management Software Gannt Chart Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 75 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Experience Showroom Cafe Restaurant Projects 8 years Required Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
