Job Title Project Manager - Civil Location Ernakulam Kerala Salary 50 000 - 60 000 per month Experience Required 15 Years Education B Tech in Civil Engineering Industry Construction Real Estate Infrastructure Accommodation Will be provided by the company Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager - Civil to lead and manage our upcoming high-rise residential and commercial projects in Kochi The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale building projects particularly high-rise structures The candidate must be willing to relocate to Kochi and lead the project site operations with a focus on quality safety timelines and budget compliance Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow Develop project plans schedules budgets and resource allocation plans Supervise site engineers contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution Ensure all construction activities adhere to regulatory norms safety standards and best practices Regularly report project progress risks and cost tracking to senior management Conduct site inspections quality audits and risk assessments Resolve any technical issues or site challenges efficiently Manage procurement of materials and monitor usage and wastage Maintain project documentation and ensure timely handover of completed projects Required Skills Qualifications B Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil construction with a focus on high-rise buildings G 10 and above Strong leadership coordination and decision-making skills In-depth knowledge of project management tools construction processes and structural systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site dynamics Willingness to relocate and be based full-time at the Trivandrum project site Preferred PMP or equivalent project management certification Experience with reputed construction or real estate firms Familiarity with Kerala local building codes and regulations Perks Perks Competitive Salary 50 000 - 60 000 month Opportunity to lead landmark high-rise projects Supportive and professional work setting Interested candidates who meet the above criteria and are ready to relocate to Kochi are encouraged to apply Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance
