Job Purpose To oversee and manage all operations in the paint shop ensuring that components and equipment are painted efficiently safely and in accordance with company quality standards and delivery schedules Key Responsibilities Plan organize and monitor daily paint shop activities surface preparation primer painting drying and finishing Allocate manpower and ensure optimal utilization of resources tools and materials Maintain workflow to meet production targets and delivery timelines Quality Process Control Ensure painting quality standards surface finish thickness adhesion and appearance are met Conduct regular inspection of painted components and ensure rework if required is minimized Implement process improvements to enhance quality and reduce wastage Safety Housekeeping Enforce compliance with all safety norms PPE usage and environmental regulations Maintain proper ventilation cleanliness and organization within the paint shop Team Management Supervise train and motivate paint shop operators helpers and technicians Monitor attendance performance and discipline of team members Promote teamwork and ensure adherence to company policies Inventory Equipment Maintenance Monitor and manage inventory of paints thinners and consumables Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of spray guns booths compressors and ovens Report breakdowns or maintenance requirements promptly to the maintenance department Documentation Reporting Maintain daily production reports paint consumption records and quality check reports Coordinate with the quality control and production departments for continuous improvement Job Type Full time Pay 16 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
