Job Title Billing Engineer Department Projects Landscape Division Qualification Civil Exp 3 To 5Yrs Reports to Project Manager Senior Management Role Summary The Billing Engineer - Landscape will be responsible for preparing verifying and maintaining billing records for landscape and civil works The role involves coordinating with project teams preparing bills as per contract conditions and ensuring accuracy in client and subcontractor billing Key Responsibilities Prepare client bills RA bills final bills as per contract terms and project progress Prepare subcontractor vendor bills measurement sheets and work order bills Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for billing purposes Ensure compliance with drawings BOQ and contract specifications Coordinate with project managers site engineers and accounts department for smooth billing process Maintain and update records of work executed and payments received Assist in preparing estimates rate analysis and cost reports Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up with clients for certification and payment Support project teams with billing-related documentation and MIS reports Qualifications Experience B E B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in billing for landscape civil projects Good knowledge of billing procedures measurement methods and contract conditions Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and billing-related software Solid analytical documentation and communication skills Key Skills Client and subcontractor billing Quantity surveying and measurement BOQ and contract understanding Estimation and rate analysis MS Excel AutoCAD proficiency Attention to detail and accuracy Job Type Full-time Pay 250 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
