About the Firm We are a growing Chartered Accountancy and Tax Consulting firm providing services in accounting taxation audit and compliance Our team works with individuals startups and established businesses helping them stay compliant and financially efficient We are looking for motivated interns who are eager to learn practical aspects of accounting GST TDS income tax and financial management in a real-world professional setup Key Responsibilities 1 Client Onboarding Support Assist in collecting KYC documents registration details and financial data from new clients Help create client profiles and maintain accurate records in accounting systems 2 Data Collection Coordination Coordinate with clients to obtain accounting and tax data invoices statements payroll records etc Draft skilled follow-up emails for data collection and clarifications 3 Accounting Compliance Assistance Support accounting data entry and reconciliations in Tally Zoho QuickBooks Assist in preparing and filing returns under GST TDS PF ESI and Advance Tax under supervision Help track compliance deadlines and maintain filing records 4 Tax Financial Analysis Work with seniors to prepare reports and statements Profit Loss Balance Sheet Cash Flow Learn about tax planning deductions and compliance best practices 5 Audit Annual Filings Support Assist in preparation of audit documentation and compliance reports Learn about ROC filings and statutory reporting requirements 6 Internal Coordination Collaborate with team members on assigned tasks Maintain work documentation and update task trackers regularly Skills Competencies Technical Skills Basic understanding of Accounting Bookkeeping Familiarity with GST TDS and Income Tax concepts academic or practical Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Tally Zoho etc preferred Communication Professional Skills Good written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and accuracy Organized punctual and responsible in work approach Personal Attributes Eager to learn and take initiative Honest reliable and team-oriented Deadline-driven with a problem-solving mindset What You ll Gain Exposure to end-to-end compliance and taxation processes Hands-on training with experienced Chartered Accountants Opportunity to build a foundation in accounting tax filing and client management Certificate of Internship upon successful completion Eligibility CA Intermediate CS Executive CMA Inter students preferred B Com M Com can also apply Basic accounting and tax knowledge required Internship experience in any CA tax firm if any will be an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 5 000 00 - 8 000 00 per month
