Location Kalwa Thane with travel to Mumbai Corporate offices as required About REAP Reach Education Action Programme REAP is a registered NGO working to empower underprivileged children youth and communities through education skills and development initiatives We partner with corporates donors and institutions to create sustainable impact Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic professional with corporate experience to lead our corporate fundraising CSR partnerships and licensing initiatives The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities building strong corporate relationships analyzing CSR trends and developing proposals aligned with companies thematic focus areas Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential corporate partners for CSR and fundraising opportunities Conduct research on CSR trends thematic areas and compliance requirements Develop and maintain licensing partnerships Prepare and present proposals reports and pitches to corporates Manage donor relationships through consistent communication calls and in-person meetings Analyze donor data fundraising performance and recommend strategic improvements Represent REAP at corporate meetings events and networking forums Qualifications Skills Graduate Postgraduate in Business Administration Social Work Marketing or related field 2-5 years of experience in corporate relations fundraising or CSR in non-profit CSR sector Solid knowledge of CSR policies compliance and thematic areas of companies Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels Research and data analysis skills Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable with field visits and corporate interactions What We Offer Opportunity to work in a mission-driven NGO impacting lives of children and communities Exposure to CSR strategy partnerships and large-scale social initiatives Collaborative and supportive work environment How to Apply Send your CV and cover letter to info reapchild org with subject line Application - Manager Corporate Relations Fundraising Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
