Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Turner Lathe Machine Operator to join our team in the production of weighing systems bagging machines and conveyor components The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating manual and or CNC lathes and be capable of producing precision components used in industrial machinery assemblies Key Responsibilities Operate manual or CNC lathe machines to manufacture shafts rollers bushings and other rotating parts Read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical blueprints to ensure accurate machining Set up machines select appropriate tools and monitor operations to meet tight tolerances Inspect and measure finished components using micrometers calipers and gauges Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues Ensure adherence to quality standards and follow safe machining practices Collaborate with the fabrication and assembly teams to ensure timely part availability Requirements 2 years of proven experience operating lathe machines manual or CNC Strong understanding of turning operations speeds feeds and cutting tools Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and part specifications Familiarity with materials such as mild steel stainless steel and aluminum Knowledge of quality control procedures and use of precision measuring instruments Good physical stamina and attention to detail Technical diploma or ITI certificate in machining or mechanical trades is a plus Preferred Experience in the machinery or conveyor manufacturing industry Ability to work on both conventional and CNC lathe machines Willingness to assist with fitting or light fabrication tasks as needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
