We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draughtsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our Execution Team The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation and a keen eye for detail capable of preparing precise architectural drawings and coordinating across disciplines Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural working drawings in accordance with design intent and industry standards Review and interpret building specifications architectural plans and construction documents Draft basic electrical layouts and beam framing drawings based on design and structural requirements Ensure all drawings are technically accurate precise and well-detailed for execution Coordinate with Structural and MEP consultants to incorporate revisions and resolve any design conflicts Modify and update drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle Skills Required Proficiency in AutoCAD ZWCAD and other drafting software e g Revit SketchUp - if applicable Strong understanding of building construction techniques materials and detailing Ability to prepare and interpret electrical and structural framing drawings Positive knowledge of architectural standards codes and regulations Solid visualization and technical drawing skills Effective communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and consultants Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
