Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and maintain the company s IT infrastructure The candidate will be responsible for installation configuration troubleshooting and support of desktops laptops servers networks and related IT equipment ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations Key Responsibilities Install configure and troubleshoot desktop laptop hardware software and peripherals Manage and maintain servers Windows Linux ensuring regular updates security and backups Monitor and support network infrastructure including LAN WAN routers switches and firewalls Configure maintain and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems Provide end-user IT support hardware software connectivity printers email etc Manage installation and licensing of software applications Perform system security checks data backups and recovery processes Ensure proper documentation of IT assets service logs and network configurations Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement repair and maintenance Implement best practices for IT policies security and compliance Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science related field or equivalent experience Hands-on experience in desktop laptop hardware software support Strong knowledge of Windows Linux servers Basic networking knowledge IP DNS DHCP firewalls switches routers Experience with CCTV systems setup and maintenance Familiarity with data security antivirus and backup solutions Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Application Question s How do you configure remote viewing of CCTV footage Work Location In person
