1 Installation and Setup Install set up and configure equipment or systems at client sites Ensure that installations comply with specifications and regulations Provide training to clients on the use and maintenance of the equipment 2 Maintenance and Repairs Conduct routine maintenance to ensure the continued functionality of equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during operation Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components 3 On-Site Support Respond promptly to client service calls for technical assistance Conduct on-site visits to address and resolve technical issues Collaborate with the client to understand and solve problems 4 Testing and Quality Assurance Conduct tests and quality assurance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance Document and report any defects or issues identified during testing 5 Documentation Maintain detailed records of all service activities including installations repairs and maintenance Prepare and submit service reports to the management and clients 6 Customer Communication Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns Provide clear and concise instructions and information to clients regarding equipment usage and maintenance 7 Remote Support Provide remote support to clients when on-site visits are not necessary Utilize remote monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues 8 Upgrades and Modifications Implement equipment upgrades or modifications as required Stay informed about the latest technological advancements in the field 9 Health and Safety Compliance Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during in office visits Ensure that installations and maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations 10 Collaboration Collaborate with other departments including engineering and product development to provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience Technical proficiency in the specific equipment or technology involved Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Willingness to travel to client sites as needed Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
