About the Company We are a fast-growing startup in the hostel and co-living sector managing 2 500 operational beds and expanding to 4 000 beds by December 2025 Our mission is to deliver safe comfortable and community-driven living spaces supported by strong hospitality facility management and technical operations To strengthen our property operations we are seeking a skilled Multi-Skill Technician MST on a project-based assignment to support maintenance repairs and technical upkeep across our hostels Role Overview The MST - Project Based will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance troubleshooting and minor repair works across electrical plumbing carpentry and HVAC functions as per operational requirements Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance inspections and minor repairs across hostel facilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems plumbing carpentry and basic HVAC Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repair or installation work Maintain logs of work completed spare usage and pending tasks Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while performing technical tasks Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests from hostel management Support project-based upgrades refurbishments and fit-out works Candidate Requirements ITI Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Mechanical Plumbing Facility Maintenance 2-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or facility operations hospitality hostel real estate preferred Knowledge of safety procedures repair techniques and technical troubleshooting Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with attention to detail Flexibility to work on a project-based contract assignment Willingness to travel across hostel properties in Delhi Noida and Gurgaon What We Offer Competitive project-based compensation Opportunity to work on diverse hostel and co-living projects Exposure to large-scale facility operations in a quick-growing startup Potential for long-term association based on performance Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you hold an ITI Diploma or certification in Electrical Mechanical Plumbing or related fields How many years of experience do you have in facility maintenance or multi-skill technician roles Are you open to working on a project-based contract assignment instead of a permanent role Why do you want to work as a Multi-Skill Technician on a project basis Are you comfortable working across multiple hostel properties in Delhi Noida and Gurgaon Work Location In person
