We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team In this role you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing technical equipment and machinery at customer sites or remotely You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support Key Responsibilities Install configure and test machinery equipment or systems at client locations Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing as per schedules Diagnose faults and provide timely repair solutions Provide technical support to customers via phone email or in office visits Document all service work including reports and maintenance logs Train customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting Collaborate with internal teams for product improvements and feedback Requirements Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering Mechanical Electrical Electronics or related field 2-3 years of experience in field service maintenance or equipment installation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and travel frequently Valid driver s license Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Health insurance Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
