Location RR Kabel Ltd Silvassa Manufacturing Plant Position Overview The Quality Controller will be responsible for monitoring inspecting and testing the production processes and finished products to ensure they meet RR Kabel s quality standards customer requirements and applicable industry regulations The role involves close coordination with production R D and quality assurance teams to maintain consistent product excellence Key Responsibilities Conduct in-process and final inspections of raw materials semi-finished and finished products wires cables etc Ensure compliance with ISO BIS and other regulatory standards applicable to cable manufacturing Maintain and update inspection records test reports and quality documentation Operate and calibrate quality control equipment such as tensile testers spark testers insulation resistance meters etc Identify and report non-conformities in products or processes follow up with corrective and preventive actions CAPA Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with QA and Production teams Conduct periodic audits of shop-floor processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions Provide feedback to production staff on quality issues and suggest improvements Ensure proper handling and storage of test samples and records Assist in training workers and operators on quality standards and inspection methods Qualifications Experience Diploma B Tech B Sc in Electrical Mechanical Electronics or related discipline 2-4 years of experience in Quality Control QA preferably in a cable wire or electrical manufacturing industry Knowledge of testing methods for electrical wires cables IS IEC standards Familiarity with tools like micrometers vernier calipers insulation testers HV test sets etc Proficiency in MS Office and documentation practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Positive communication and coordination abilities Key Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong teamwork and cross-department collaboration Commitment to safety and compliance standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 400 26 - 40 267 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Silvassa Dadra and Nagar Haveli Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
