We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive preferably male to manage and coordinate logistics operations from our factory The role involves handling inward and outward shipments coordinating with transporters ensuring timely dispatches and supporting the documentation process especially for export consignments The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that goods move efficiently safely and on schedule Dispatch Planning Coordinate daily dispatches of finished goods from the factory to domestic and international customers Transport Courier Management Arrange transportation for both local and export stuffing follow up with transporters for vehicle placement and timely movement Documentation Handling Manage documents such as invoices packing lists E-way bills export invoices shipping bills and delivery challans Inventory Coordination Work with the stores and production teams to track inventory levels and readiness of goods for dispatch Container Loading Supervision Ensure proper loading palletization shrink-wrapping and container stuffing as per export norms Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of all dispatches shipping details and transport-related documentation Coordination with Head Office Customers Communicate shipping schedules delays or issues with internal teams when needed Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
