Igxact Soft Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring for an IT Project Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the planning execution and completion of IT projects The coordinator works closely with project managers technical teams and business units to deliver IT initiatives on time and within scope Key Responsibilities Assist in developing project plans schedules and budgets Coordinate project activities resources equipment and information Monitor project progress and report on milestones risks and issues Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes status reports and change requests Track and manage project deliverables ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards Qualifications Any MBA B Tech or MCA will work Computer Science Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience 0-6 months of experience in project coordination preferably within IT or technology-driven projects Familiarity with IT systems infrastructure or software development projects Proficiency in project management tools e g MS Project JIRA etc Robust organizational multitasking and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Detail-oriented with problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Mohali Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Master s Required Language English Required
