Job Title Performance Marketing Executive Location Calicut Experience Freshers and upto 1 year of experience Employment Type Full-time About Us Softroniics is a fast-growing offline-first tech training institute in Kerala committed to helping students and professionals upskill in emerging technologies We re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take our paid marketing to the next level Key Responsibilities Plan execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads Facebook Instagram and YouTube Ads Set up and manage lead generation retargeting and conversion-focused campaigns Monitor and analyze KPIs CPL ROAS CTR Bounce Rate etc to improve campaign performance Work closely with the content team and design team to develop compelling ad creatives ad copies and landing pages Optimize campaigns using A B testing audience segmentation custom funnels and conversion tracking Use tools such as Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel to track user behavior and conversion events Maintain dashboards and generate weekly monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI Collaborate with the sales team to ensure ad leads are relevant nurtured and converted Stay updated on the latest trends and platform updates to propose recent campaign strategies Requirements Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads Search Display YouTube and Meta Ads Facebook Instagram Strong understanding of Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel Ability to direct the content team to write persuasive ad copy and communicate creative direction effectively to designers Familiarity with landing page optimization heatmaps and basic funnel design Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Experience in the education or training sector is a bonus Preference will be given to candidates with the following Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Experience with email marketing automation tools Mailchimp HubSpot etc Knowledge of SEO and organic traffic strategy not mandatory but a plus Why Join Softroniics Be part of a fast-scaling and impact-driven edtech brand Work with a dynamic team where your ideas matter Play a key role in transforming lives through education Great learning environment with career growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
