Key Responsibilities Shift Supervision Manage and lead the team during the assigned shift Ensure all staff report on time and follow shift duties Delegate tasks effectively and monitor performance Food Preparation Quality Oversee the preparation of pizzas pastas sauces and related items as per standard recipes Ensure consistent taste presentation and portion control Conduct regular checks to maintain food quality and freshness Inventory Stock Management Check availability of raw materials and ingredients before the shift begins Ensure timely requisition of stock and maintain proper records Monitor wastage and take corrective measures Hygiene Safety Compliance Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and ensure hygiene standards are followed Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines FSSAI HACCP if applicable Oversee proper storage and labeling of ingredients Team Coordination Training Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Provide on-job training and support to junior staff Maintain discipline and resolve minor conflicts or escalate as required Customer Service Work closely with the service team to handle special requests or complaints Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders Dine-in Takeaway Delivery Reporting Communication Report shift performance issues and feedback to the kitchen manager outlet manager Participate in daily briefings and suggest improvements Skills Qualifications Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Pizza Pasta or Continental Kitchen Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred Robust leadership time management and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and during peak business hours Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards Work Conditions Shift-based duty Morning Evening Rotational Weekends and holiday work may be required Physically demanding standing for long periods working in hot environments Job Type Full-time Pay 14 272 11 - 25 264 11 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
