Position Marketing Intern Department Marketing Reports To CEO Marketing Head Location Bangalore Type Internship Full time commitment preferred Connect - via WhatsApp - (phone hidden) About He Bee He Bee is a premium personal care brand offering thoughtfully formulated products for men women and kids recognizing that every skin type deserves unique care We specialize in crafting fresh small-batch skincare and haircare solutions using high-quality natural ingredients rooted in Indian traditions and backed by modern science Our mission is to empower individuals through honest effective and sustainable self-care With a strong focus on transparency innovation and eco-consciousness He Bee is redefining what it means to care for your skin naturally and responsibly Key Responsibilities 1 Social Media Management Assist in managing and scheduling posts across all official social media platforms Instagram Facebook YouTube Pinterest Snapchat Amazon Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to suggest improvements Engage with followers through comments DMs and stories to build community engagement Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure visually appealing and on-brand posts 2 Work Under the Guidance of the Marketing Head Closely coordinate with the Marketing Team Head for daily tasks weekly targets and long-term brand goals Attend weekly review meetings and give updates on assigned tasks Be open to learning brainstorming and actively participating in marketing strategy discussions 3 Offline Marketing Activities Be 100 available for all offline marketing campaigns including Pop-up events College activations In-store promotions Sponsorship activities or collaborations Assist in logistics coordination and real-time execution on-ground 4 Shoot Planning Coordination Prepare call sheets with shoot details timing talent list wardrobe and crew Conduct recces location visits ahead of shoots and provide detailed reports Assist during shoots - coordination time management and ensuring smooth execution 5 Digital Marketing Exposure Support in basic digital marketing activities like Email campaign coordination Influencer outreach and communication Paid ad campaign support if trained or willing to learn Research and report performance insights and market trends 6 Deadline-Oriented Execution Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely delivery with a focus on quality Maintain organized checklists and reports to track daily activities and campaign status Flag issues early and seek support from the team to avoid delays Preferred Qualifications Skills Pursuing completed a degree in Marketing Media Communications or related field Strong interest or prior internship experience in digital marketing Excellent verbal and written communication Familiar with tools like Canva Google Sheets Instagram Insights etc Enthusiastic proactive and a team player with a get-things-done with quality attitude Must be open to travel and be present during offline on-ground campaigns or shoots Job Type Internship Contract length 3 months Pay Up to 1 00 per month Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
