Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Representative CSR to join our trucking insurance agency The CSR will serve as a primary point of contact for our commercial trucking clients assisting with policy inquiries certificates of insurance renewals endorsements and claims support This position requires strong communication skills a customer-first attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities 1-2 years of experience in insurance customer service preferably in commercial or trucking insurance Provide exceptional service to commercial trucking clients via phone email and in-person communication Answer client inquiries regarding coverage billing policy status and claims processes Issue Certificates of Insurance COIs promptly and accurately Process policy changes endorsements renewals and cancellations Assist with current business onboarding and documentation Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy information coverage options and claims follow-up Maintain up-to-date client records in agency management systems e g AMS360 Applied etc Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to commercial transportation insurance Support agents and producers with administrative tasks as needed Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid time off Experience trucking insurance 1 year Required Language English Required Hindi Preferred Expected Start Date 15 08 2025
