We are looking for a Sales Executive to operate from office who is energetic target-driven and has prior experience in the lighting industry The role involves cold calling customer follow-ups and converting leads into sales through excellent communication and product knowledge Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls - 40-50 per day to potential customers and generate interest in our lighting products Explain product features offers and benefits clearly to convince clients Handle incoming sales inquiries and follow up with leads to close deals Maintain a daily call log and customer database Coordinate with the internal team for quotations orders and dispatch updates Build long-term customer relationships and assist in after-sales support if needed Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience in lighting or related industry sales Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi English Proven ability to convince and convert customers over phone calls Good negotiation and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge Excel CRM entry WhatsApp communication What We Offer Competitive salary performance-based incentives Prospect to grow within the organization Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
