Job Title Accountant Sr Jr Location Kuwait Company General Trading Contracting Co Salary 200 KWD to 500 KWD Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountants to join our Accounts finance team The ideal candidate will have a strong core background well versed in accounting principles and practices financial reporting s You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting financial updates Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyse financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements in compliance with GAAP Manage monthly close processes ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results Prepare and coordinate annual budgets and forecasts working closely with department heads to gather necessary data Perform reconciliations of accounts bank statements and intercompany transactions Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timely invoice processing and collections Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Assist in the preparation for external audits providing necessary documentation and explanations as needed Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff providing guidance and support in their professional development Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s or MBA Finance in Accounting Finance or related field CPA or CMA preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles with a focus on financial Freshers can also apply reporting and analysis Proficient in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills must be a team player Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace Effective communication and interpersonal skills Excellent in spoken written English Arabic reading writing speaking will be an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 85 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
