Job Title Liaisoning Executive Department Legal Liaison Compliance Location Mancheswar Bhubaneswar Reports To Manager - Liaison Senior Management Job Purpose To facilitate effective communication and maintain positive relationships between the organization and government departments regulatory bodies local authorities and other external stakeholders to ensure timely approvals clearances and compliance Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong relationships with government departments local authorities municipal bodies and regulatory agencies Coordinate and follow up for necessary approvals NOCs licenses permits and clearances related to projects land acquisition building plans environmental approvals etc Ensure timely submission of documents applications and compliance reports to relevant authorities Handle RTI legal and compliance matters pertaining to government regulations and statutory requirements Maintain updated knowledge of local state national rules laws and amendments applicable to the business Represent the organization in meetings hearings or inspections by government agencies Maintain records of all liaisoning activities documents submitted approvals received and correspondences made Identify potential regulatory risks and communicate proactively with the management for resolution Coordinate with internal departments legal project admin to collect and provide required documents for clearances Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any discipline Preference for candidates with background in Law Public Administration or Political Science Proven experience 2-5 years in Liaisoning with government bodies preferably in the infrastructure real estate or construction sector Good knowledge of local state and central government rules and regulations Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
