Job Title Speech Therapist - At-Home Therapy Location Pune Start Date Immediate About Us Carely is a disability support platform helping families of disabled children and young adults access structured ongoing care We partner with skilled professionals to deliver therapies and services that are compassionate respectful and effective right in the family s own home Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Speech Therapist partner to provide at-home therapy sessions for client s in Gurgaon The role is on a freelance basis and session timings will be mutually agreed upon based on your availability and the family s needs Key Responsibilities Conduct 1 1 speech therapy sessions at the client s home Assess the child s functional needs and develop personalized therapy goals Create engaging developmentally appropriate activities to support motor sensory and daily living skills Maintain session records and share progress updates with the Carely team Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child s care if needed Communicate respectfully with families and support them in implementing therapy strategies at home Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Speech Language Pathology Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently in home environments Selection Process Shortlisted candidates may be invited to conduct a demo session at the child s home This will be a paid session with compensation discussed in advance to cover travel and time Compensation Per-session rate to be discussed based on experience and availability Payments made by Carely directly Other Details Session frequency and schedule will be discussed at the time of assignment All sessions will be coordinated through Carely This is a freelance contract role with no fixed monthly hours Job Types Contractual Temporary Freelance Contract length 1-3 months Pay From 800 00 per hour Expected hours 1 - 3 per week Benefits Adaptable schedule Application Question s Are you open to traveling to the client s home in Phursungi Pune for sessions Experience Speech therapy 1 year Preferred Language English and Hindi Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 31 07 2025
