Location Chennai Company Testleaf Software Solutions Private Limited Experience 0-2 Years Job Type Full-time About Testleaf Testleaf is a premier training and career transformation company focused on upskilling individuals in software testing automation DevOps and emerging technologies We bridge the gap between education and industry by delivering hands-on training through real-world projects and mentorship Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our Learning Development team You will be responsible for organizing scheduling and managing all aspects of training delivery at Testleaf Your role is critical in ensuring seamless training operations and an excellent learner experience Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all training sessions across different technologies Manual Testing Automation API DevOps etc Liaise with trainers learners and internal teams to schedule classes and manage logistics Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants Track learner progress attendance and feedback and generate reports for stakeholders Handle onboarding of new learners and address queries throughout the training lifecycle Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure alignment between enrollments and batch planning Ensure the availability and smooth functioning of training platforms Zoom LMS etc Continuously gather feedback and work with trainers to improve training content and delivery Support the coordination of assessments certifications and project submissions Requirements Any Bachelor s Master degree 0-2 years of experience in coordinating training or educational programs ed-tech L D background Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and Zoom Teams Knowledge with Learning Management Systems LMS is a plus Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
