We are hiring at Access Automation Pvt Ltd We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top-tier IT talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements Source potential candidates through online channels e g social platforms job boards qualified networks and offline methods e g referrals networking events Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct phone video and in-person interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding ensuring a positive candidate experience Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred Previous experience in recruitment HR or a related field would be an added advantage Fresher to 1 year of experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiasm for working with people and helping candidates succeed in their careers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Recruiting 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
