Key Responsibilities 1 Production Planning Scheduling Create daily weekly and monthly production plans based on order requirements inventory and resource availability Coordinate with design procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth workflow Monitor progress and update plans to accommodate any delays or design changes 2 Material Requirement Planning MRP Determine raw material and component requirements based on Bill of Materials BOM Ensure timely procurement of materials and track inventory levels Minimize production downtime by maintaining optimal stock levels 3 Order Management Coordination Collaborate with sales and project teams to understand client requirements and delivery timelines Track order status from receipt to dispatch and update stakeholders regularly Prioritize urgent or high-value orders for timely fulfillment 4 Process Optimization Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process Suggest improvements in workflow layout and planning tools to enhance productivity and reduce waste 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate production records work orders and planning documents Generate regular MIS reports on production performance resource utilization and delivery schedules Assist in audit processes and ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards 6 Interdepartmental Coordination Serve as a bridge between design production and dispatch teams to ensure aligned operations Participate in daily production meetings and provide updates on planning activities Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of production planning in a manufacturing setting Familiarity with ERP MRP systems e g Generate cutting plans in optimizer suite etc Proficiency in MS Excel MS Project and data analysis Excellent coordination and time management skills Good understanding of technical drawings and furniture manufacturing processes Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 10 260 88 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
