Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic CBSE Maths Teacher for Grades 1 to 6 who can deliver concept-based engaging and interactive mathematics classes aligned with the NCERT curriculum The teacher should be well-versed in activity-based learning child psychology and the Foundational to Preparatory Stage objectives of NEP 2020 Key Responsibilities 1 Academic Planning Delivery Plan prepare and deliver math lessons for Grades 1 to 6 as per CBSE NCERT standards Use concrete-pictorial-abstract CPA methods Vedic math strategies where relevant and math manipulatives Integrate art storytelling and real-life scenarios in math teaching 2 Assessment Feedback Conduct continuous and comprehensive evaluation CCE using worksheets oral drills projects and tests Maintain student progress records and report cards with individualized observations 3 Student-Centric Pedagogy Ensure conceptual clarity through hands-on activities group work and math labs where applicable Use differentiated instruction strategies for diverse learning needs 4 Classroom Behaviour Management Foster a disciplined inclusive and joyful learning environment Encourage curiosity problem-solving and mathematical reasoning 5 Parent Communication Coordination Provide timely feedback to parents through PTMs and digital platforms Suggest home-based reinforcement strategies for struggling students 6 Professional Growth Teamwork Attend CBSE training workshops and in-service programs Collaborate with EVS Language and Computer teachers for integrated learning experiences Qualifications Experience Educational Qualification Graduation in Mathematics Science Education B Ed Mandatory for Classes 3 to 6 Desirable for Classes 1-2 Experience 2 years of teaching Mathematics at primary level Grades 1 to 6 in a CBSE school Freshers with solid subject and communication skills can apply for lower grades Essential Skills Strong communication skills English Hindi regional language as per school medium Knowledge of Bloom s Taxonomy NEP 2020 learning outcomes and ECCE principles Familiarity with smart classroom technology Google Workspace and LMS platforms Patience creativity empathy and love for teaching children Desirable Attributes Trained in experiential learning or Montessori Playway for Grades 1-2 Experience in preparing students for Olympiads NTSE Mathletics Grades 5-6 Innovative in preparing learning aids puzzles and interactive board content Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
