Industry Automobile Auto Components Location Ludhiana Punjab Salary Up to 2 5 Lakhs per month Based on experience Experience Required 15 Years in Automobile Manufacturing Business Development Plant Operations We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President Business Head who can take complete ownership of our business development and plant operations The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the automobile industry and should be capable of handling end-to-end responsibilities from strategy to execution Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify recent business opportunities OEMs Tier 1 2 vendors exports Build and maintain strong customer relationships Lead pricing negotiations and closing of deals Monitor market trends and competitor activity Plant Operations End-to-End Oversee production quality maintenance and supply chain Ensure timely delivery cost control and productivity Implement lean manufacturing 5S and other quality systems Lead a cross-functional team including production QA stores and HR Strategic Planning Define long-term business goals and action plans Budgeting cost optimization and resource planning Coordinate with board directors on key business KPIs Team Leadership Lead a team of senior managers engineers and operators Drive performance motivation and accountability Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Automobile Engineering MBA preferred Minimum 15 years of experience in automobile manufacturing component industry Strong knowledge of plant operations production planning and business development Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills Must be willing to be based in Ludhiana full-time Compensation Monthly Salary Up to 2 5 Lakhs based on profile interview Performance incentives may be added based on results Job Type Full-time Pay 150 000 00 - 250 000 00 per month Work Location In person
