In this role, you will be crucial to ensuring that all content and communications meet our high standards. This position is ideal for a candidate with excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills who can work methodically and accurately, taking corrective measures to ensure compliance with our quality procedures.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

- Closely monitor and examine each stage of the entire production process to ensure quality and consistency.
- Segregate posts in accordance with written quality procedures and standards.
- Ensure that all team members follow documented procedures and standards to maintain high-quality output.
- Decline posts that are poor in quality, provide constructive feedback to the responsible team members, and ensure that all errors are rectified.




- Interact effectively with colleagues and leadership to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
- Uphold and ensure the overall quality of the website and its content.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications

Education:

- A BA or MA in English Literature.
- A BA or MA in Mass Communications.
