- Lead the finance function with full ownership of financial reporting, planning, and compliance
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including account receivables, payables, and general ledger activities
- Oversee the preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and regulatory filings
- Handle treasury operations including cash flow management, fund utilization, and banking relationships
- Coordinate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure financial and statutory compliance
- Drive process improvements and financial controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation aligned with business goals
