What you will be doing

- Bring industry leading digital UX and design principles for complex and high traffic website.
- Working with both technical and business stakeholders to define a best-in-class online experience for our users.
- Having a working knowledge of accessibility standards, their importance and relevance.
- Support project estimation.
- Understand the high-level requirements for various projects and change requests on Client s Employee facing applications.
- Arrange and conduct workshops, for requirement clarifications/finalisation.
- Plan impact assessment sessions with SMEs for CRM and other impacted domains.
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, sketching, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Presenting design ideas and prototypes to stakeholder and other teams.

Ideally you will have worked with

- High traffic B2B websites/apps/systems. Experience on complex apps and website would be an advantage.
- Experience working on CMS driven websites.
- Must have a portfolio with case studies.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience of working in Kanban, but also a Scrum team.
- Understanding of accessibility standards.
- An understanding of development practices and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and their impact on the digital experience.




- A explicit understanding of where UX design fits within an organisation and what value it can bring.
- Experience working with BAs, product owners and project managers, to capture, review and agree business requirements.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities.

- FIGMA- mandatory
- Axure.
- Sketch App.
- Creative Suite.
- InVision and DSM.
- Zeplin.
- Confluence.
- Jira.
- Experience of Siebel and/or Pega (Not essential, but nice to have).
- Other prototyping, user research and testing applications.

Must Haves:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
- Effectively communicate complex information to senior management, stakeholders, and technical teams to gain buy-in and alignment.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams, build consensus, and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Understanding Azure Devops and be able to size a project(VROM) with minimal information provided.
