Conneqt Digital is seeking an experienced Trainer/Process & Product Trainer specializing in the Banking or Insurance domain. If you have a strong background in functional and automation testing, along with technical expertise in financial applications, this is the perfect role for you.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Train teams on functional and automation testing for financial applications.
- Provide guidance on automation frameworks and tools.
- Support process improvement and ensure product training aligns with organizational standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs.

Mandatory Skills

- 5-7 years of experience in functional and automation testing, preferably in financial applications (Banking, Insurance, etc.).
- Expertise in any of the following UI automation tools: Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Protractor.
- Strong knowledge of API testing and automation.




- Proficient in JavaScript (NodeJS) or Core Java.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
- Strong logical and analytical skills.

Positive-to-Have Skills

- Experience with codeless automation tools.
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and Git.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Basic understanding of Unix commands and Linux.
- Exposure to SQL queries.
