- As an Angular Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-end developers in the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications using Angular. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers, to deliver highquality solutions that meet our clients needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of web applications using Angular.
- Collaborate with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are current and competitive.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.




- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Angular developer, with at least 5+ years in a lead role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- In-depth knowledge of Angular frameworks (Angular 17+).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of front-end build tools and testing frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).
- Knowledge of back-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
